Service Description

Responsibilities: – Welcome and care for people online during livestreams (chat, comments, DMs) – Moderate digital spaces to keep them safe, inclusive, and respectful – Assist during worship streams (monitor chat, flag prayer needs, troubleshoot basic issues) – Help connect people to next steps (prayer, groups, staff follow-up, resources) – Support digital content flow (links, slides, captions, timing cues as needed) – Uphold PPMCC’s voice and values in all digital interactions – Escalate concerns appropriately (pastoral care needs, safety issues, tech problems) This person is: – Trained (contact contentwriter@ppmcc.org) – Trusted – Authorized to act on behalf of PPMCC in digital spaces (per Admin)
