About This Event
Pastor Diane invites you to log in and exercise with her faithful team. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 8:30am. It’s 50 minutes with warm-up, sequences, and stretching, but you can join or leave at any point. We turn our cameras off, so there’s no pressure, just movement!
