Fifteen years ago, Pastor Diane discovered pole fitness, leading to a life-changing realization of the integrated nature of human existence. Now, she's excited to share this journey with the PPMCC community through her new ministry, Soul Revolution.

Soul Revolution offers free small-group sessions that combine gentle movement practices with discussions, aiming to help participants feel comfortable in their own skin. The sessions will include optional use of a professional portable platform pole, where Pastor Diane will demonstrate introductory movements.

These sessions focus on self-love and challenging cultural taboos, inspired by Psalm 139:14: "I will praise [God] because I have been remarkably and wondrously made." Note that the sessions are not sexual in nature.

Online pre-registration is required, along with a signed waiver. Each session is independent, allowing participants to join or leave anytime. Comfortable, stretchy clothes are recommended, and bringing a yoga mat is encouraged.
