We had three great Soul Revolution sessions this month, and we’ve got six more scheduled for August. Learn to love yourself enough to take care of your physical self—that is how we define wellness. There’s no guilt here, no shame, no need to be in shape; just encouragement to see yourself in a more positive light and to act on that life-enhancing energy in all areas of your existence.  Our sessions are a combination of conversation, gentle movement, and movement with the pole. (Yes, pole, as in pole fitness.) Any of these elements are optional; if you want to just come and listen, that’s fine too. All of these sessions are free.
