Learn to love yourself enough to take care of your physical self—that is how we define wellness. There’s no guilt here, no shame, no need to be in shape; just encouragement to see yourself in a more positive light and to act on that life-enhancing energy in all areas of your existence.

Our sessions are a combination of conversation, gentle movement, and movement with the pole. (Yes, pole, as in pole fitness.) Any of these elements are optional; if you want to just come and listen, that’s fine too. All of these sessions are free.
