On Saturday, May 30th at 10:00 AM, we will gather to experience a labyrinth, medicine wheel and several hiking trails with prayer spots in which to listen to the birds and wind moving all around you. There are spectacular views and the smell of the pine trees is amazing.

Upon your arrival you will be given information on how to walk a labyrinth and medicine wheel. They are not mazes but spiritual paths to do movement meditation and/or prayer. A labyrinth is a singular path, with no dead ends; walk at your own pace, pass others or let them pass you.

Helpful items: Dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes. Bring water. A notebook and pen are very helpful for journaling your thoughts.
