PPMCC Membership & Voting
Learn how membership works at PPMCC, what it means to be a member in good standing, and how members may participate and vote in person or live online.
PPMCC welcomes participation both in person and online. Attending worship online does not automatically establish church membership. Under the PPMCC Bylaws, membership is open to people age 16 or older who complete the Membership Class. Members in good standing must have registered attendance, identifiable financial support, a definite service contribution, and demonstrated interest and loyalty.
Members in good standing may participate in congregational voting either in person or live online:
“Each Member in good standing has the right to vote in person or by live vote in real time via ZOOM or Google Meets or other electronic means chosen by the board. Participants attending in real-time online will be counted as present for quorum purposes. Proxy or any other form of absentee voting shall not be allowed.”
