Prayer & Care Requests

Whatever you are facing, you do not have to face it alone. PPMCC offers two ways to request support: a Prayer Request or a Congregational Care Request.

Prayer Requests

Use the Prayer Request form to ask our prayer team and congregation to pray for you, someone you care about, or a situation affecting your community or the wider world.

During Community Prayers, we pray for people and situations locally, nationally, and internationally. You may indicate whether your request should:

• Remain private and be shared only with the prayer team

• Be shared during worship

• Be included without identifying details
  

You may also email prayers and praises to prayer@ppmcc.org.

A Prayer and Praise notebook is available on the counter near the welcome window for those attending in person. Online worshipers may also share prayers and praises in the livestream chat at any time.

Congregational Care Requests

Use the Congregational Care Request form when you need practical support from PPMCC’s care team or church volunteers. Requests may include:

• A visit or supportive conversation

• Help with meals or transportation

• Assistance during illness, grief, or another difficult time

• Connection with helpful church or community resources
  

Each request is reviewed with care and handled as respectfully and privately as possible.
